Pumpkin soup

-350 g pumpkin pulp
– 2 tablespoons of nuoc nam
-25 cl of vegetable broth
– 1 teaspoon of curry

– Salt
Preparation:
1. To start this recipe, cook the pumpkin pulp with butter in a saucepan.
2. Add the curry and mix everything, then pour the vegetable stock. Mix and add a pinch of salt.
3.Place the recipe in a blender, then pour it through a strainer to make the soup very smooth. Serve with nuoc nam.

Carrot and potato soup

-2 potatoes
– 3 carrots
– 1 yellow onion
– 1.5 liters of water
– 1 teaspoon of curry
-3 cloves

Preparation:
1. First, roughly dice the carrots and potatoes, then melt them together with the chopped yellow onion in the bottom of the casserole. Pour olive oil, then spices.
2. When the vegetables become soft, you can cover them with water. Put a clove. Leave to simmer.
3.Finish with chopped parsley. Serve your soup in bowls.

– 200 g of beef
– 1 yellow onion
– 50 g of canned red beans
– 1 pinch of paprika

1. To start this recipe, brown the yellow onion in the bottom of the casserole, then add the chopped beef. Brown in olive oil.
2. Add spices and after 5 minutes pour water. Let it boil.

1.For this recipe, brown chopped shallots in butter in the bottom of a large saucepan. Quickly add the chicken breast pieces.

3. At the end, pour water, as well as a chopped bunch of garni. Pour the heavy cream and stir from the heat.

2. Then put pieces of leek, carrot and potato. Leave to simmer.

4. Serve your soup in a soup can or directly in bowls.
Tomato soup, hot gazpacho
