Perfect for a weeknight, we consume this winter recipe in moderation with lentils, carrots and potatoes.

- 2 carrots
- 200 g of potatoes
- 100 g of lentils
- 1 celery
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 8-10 c. tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce

Preparing the recipe
Peel potatoes, carrots and celeriac and cut into cubes. Heat butter, add lentils and vegetables and brown.
Add 1 liter of water, let it boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Run the soup through a potato masher or blender, add half a spoonful of cream, soy sauce, cumin and pepper.
03Finishing and dressing
Pour the soup into bowls or plates, garnish with the remaining crème fraîche and lemongrass leaves.
