How to make vegetable soup?

In summer and winter, the soup is considered healthy and has real nutritional properties for the whole family. This is also a way to make it easier for children to eat vegetables. On the other hand, this soup is considered excellent for health with very low calories and high satiety. It is also the perfect dish if you want to watch your figure.
Regardless of the recipe you choose, the choice of products is absolutely decisive, because the freshness of the food determines the success of your recipe. Contrary to popular belief, it is not recommended to use old products: it affects the taste and nutritional value.
This dish can be served as an appetizer or a main course, depending on the amount of vegetables used and the side dishes chosen. As an appetizer, it can be raw, where starch or proteins can be added to the main dish.

2 leeks
2 potatoes
2 carrots
1 laughed
1 onion
olive oil
salt and pepper

Start by washing all the vegetables. Rinsing them with clean water will reduce the number of microorganisms and remove all traces of pesticides.
Then cut them into small pieces so that they are all about the same size. Small pieces are perfect for preparing your future mix. Carefully cut both ends of the leek: the root and the top of the green leaves. For the onion, cut it into thin slices.

Add a little olive oil to a large saucepan to brown the onions, leeks and turnips over low heat for 5-6 minutes. Browning vegetables over low heat brings out their flavor. Seasoning is up to you.

Add the potatoes and carrots to your saucepan and cover with cold water. Start cooking again until boiling. Boil for 30 minutes, stirring the mixture regularly. Your potatoes and carrots need to be very soft to save time when blending.

Once all your vegetables are cooked, turn them into a soup in a blender. Finally, if necessary, you can add a little cream to thicken the soup.

To improve the recipe, add the selected ingredients a few minutes before the start of cooking:
